Brenton founded Elation Group on a single conviction: that a home built to a genuinely exceptional standard requires someone who understands every layer of how it is made.
As both a licensed builder and developer, he brings a depth of technical knowledge to each project that most developers simply do not carry. Every material decision, every trade relationship, every structural detail is understood and held to a standard that does not move.

Jill Woods
Chief Marketing Officer
With an entrepreneurial background, Jill is an experienced and passionate marketer who loves creating and presenting unique luxury smart homes. Her interest in property blossomed when designing her first renovation/rebuild back in 2014. Since then, she has further developed her design skills creating beautiful homes for Elation Group. After gaining a distinction in her Digital Marketing studies, she continued staying abreast of trends & industry changes whilst building a family. From an amateur designer nearly a decade ago, she has grown her skills immensely & loves pushing design boundaries on every home. With her innate attention to detail and strong work ethic, she has a history of awards & acknowledgements from previous roles that acclaim her creativity, strategic planning & management.
Noah Jackson
Construction Manager
As an experienced and qualified Carpenter who has worked on more than 35 residential builds with different companies, Noah has the hands-on experience and knowledge to well understand all stages of the build process. Identified early on as an astute and reliable worker, Brenton took Noah under his wing early, preparing him to grow into the senior role of Construction Manager. Now fulfilling this role, with his personable character, strong leadership, technical knowledge and project management skills, Noah is responsible for all aspects of Elation Homes builds. While his trade is as a Carpenter, Noah’s can-do attitude and willingness to learn has given him a board and useful understanding of all trades involved in an Elation Homes Build, ensuring all work completed is to the highest standards.
