Brenton Woods
Group CEO
Entering the military at a very young age, first as a reservist during year 11 at High School and then continuing with a scholarship to the Australian Defence Force Academy, Brenton formed a foundation of leadership, problem solving, organisational skills, discipline and work ethic. This foundation has set Brenton up for the rest of his life. After his tenure in the Army, Brenton transitioned into the corporate world holding various leadership roles across sales and consulting. It was here that Brenton honed his business skills found his entrepreneurial thirst. During all of this Brenton, continued to maintain his skills and knowledge of the building industry both hands on and as a developer for his own projects, eventually leading to him achieving his Builders License. He now has close to a decade of construction experience both as a developer and a builder. Brenton’s exceptionally strong attention to detail and a technical understanding of drafting, engineering, and building give him a real edge in a very challenging industry. He prides himself on always looking for better and more innovative ways to build Elation Group’s luxury homes whilst maintaining the high tempo of operations to ensure that projects are delivered swiftly, efficiently and to a peerless standard.
Jill Woods
General Manager - Design and Marketing
With an entrepreneurial background, Jill is an experienced and passionate marketer who loves creating and presenting unique luxury smart homes. Her interest in property blossomed when designing her first renovation/rebuild back in 2014. Since then, she has further developed her design skills creating beautiful homes for Elation Group. After gaining a distinction in her Digital Marketing studies, she continued staying abreast of trends & industry changes whilst building a family. From an amateur designer nearly a decade ago, she has grown her skills immensely & loves pushing design boundaries on every home. With her innate attention to detail and strong work ethic, she has a history of awards & acknowledgements from previous roles that acclaim her creativity, strategic planning & management.
Liam Nagle
General Manager - Property Development
After completing a bachelor’s degree of Commence in Accounting and Commercial Law, Liam went to the Royal Military College Duntroon where he later graduated as an Army Officer with the Royal Australian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers corps. After 12 years of service in the Australian Regular Army and Special Operation Command, Liam was a proficient project manager and leader, with an acute attention to detail. After leaving the Military, he founded Convict Coffee Co, a wholesale coffee company for the gym and fitness community. It was during this time Liam’s interests in property grew from an investment vehicle to wanting a full time career in property development. To secure financing for his first residential property development, Liam took a position with KPMG as a project manager working on large strategic procurements for the Department of Defence. Liam now works full time as the General Manager – Property Development at Elation Group. Outside of work, Liam likes to stay physically active in the gym, yoga, and as an volunteer Surf Life Saver.
Noah Jackson
Construction Manager
As an experienced and qualified Carpenter who has worked on more than 35 residential builds with different companies, Noah has the hands-on experience and knowledge to well understand all stages of the build process. Identified early on as an astute and reliable worker, Brenton took Noah under his wing early, preparing him to grow into the senior role of Construction Manager. Now fulfilling this role, with his personable character, strong leadership, technical knowledge and project management skills, Noah is responsible for all aspects of Elation Homes builds. While his trade is as a Carpenter, Noah’s can-do attitude and willingness to learn has given him a board and useful understanding of all trades involved in an Elation Homes Build, ensuring all work completed is to the highest standards.
